I teamed up with Organic Inc to re-design a new fully responsive site for Naturesway.com with the aim to give it both a functional and visual facelift.
Analyzing existing market research we found that touch points between customers and retailers occurred in a few key places:
When the customer was researching the drugs/vitamins at home and when he or she was in a pharmacy/drug store.
We created an experience that supports the user during key research and buying decisions both at home and in the store.
As the lead UX designer, I created an entirely new experience including responsive interaction design paradigms and information architectures.
